How my journey began

When I returned from my maternity leave and after 15 years working with large food groups, I could not see myself taking up my duties as a marketer, in a company, following the same path as my managers.

I've seen colleagues burn out, sacrifice their health, permanently compromise their work/life balance and I knew it wasn't for me anymore!!

I made the decision to help women entrepreneurs develop their own business. I found in it the meaning that I had missed so much, the fulfillment, but also a precious feeling of gratitude for my path of personal evolution.

It's a process that many of us go through. This moment when everything seems tasteless, without colors and I am delighted to be able to help those who do not quite fit into the mold. To those who wish to build a career that resembles their identity of the moment, with confidence and lightness.

It is therefore natural that I trained in coaching and now dedicate myself to supporting, guiding and inspiring women like you.

Through my coaching program, I allow you to live a journey that I myself have experienced to get out of the boxes as well as family and societal conditioning.

In all kindness, authenticity and without judgment, I give you a framework that will save you precious time, there is no longer any question of scattering!

I am committed to the highest level of professionalism in the coaching field. I hold professional certifications as a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation and a Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC).
